The simplest bodyweight exercise workout ever. You can choose to workout for 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. In either case, in each session you will do 20% core exercises (abs, back), 20% upper body exercises (arms, shoulders), 20% lower body exercises (legs, butt), 20% cardio exercises (high intensity workouts) and 20% stretching exercises.

Each time you start a workout the app will generate you a new set of randomly chosen exercises. There are animated pictures to explain the exercise, once you understand the movement you hit ready and perform the exercise for 30 seconds. When the time is up, it will show you the next exercise. There are 120 different body weight exercises for stretching, strength building and cardio, so youll never get bored.

There is also a pro version with 150 different exercises.
